输尿管阴道瘘治疗方法的探讨与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析经阴道瘘修补同时在输尿管放置D-J管的手术方法治疗输尿管阴道瘘的效果。方法选择6例输尿管阴道瘘患者,明确诊断,给予手术治疗,观察手术效果。结果除1例患者行开放性输尿管膀胱再植术外,5例患者手术成功,随访1~2年,效果满意,无复发。结论对输尿管阴道瘘患者采取阴道瘘修补同时放置输尿管支架管的手术治疗方法,安全可靠。Objective To explore and analyze the operation of the replacement of D- J into ureter in the treatment of uretero- vaginal fistula. Methods Selecting 6 patients with uretero- vaginal fistula,confirming the diagnosis,receiving surgical treatment,and observing the effect of the operation. Results One patient takes the operation of Uerterovesicostomy and the other patients＇ operation is successful.After 1 ~ 2 years＇ follow- up,the effect of operation is satisfied and with no recrudesce. Conclusion This mode of operation is safe and reliable.
