基于灰色关联度分析法的中俄木材贸易影响因素研究

摘　　要：运用灰色关联度分析法对影响中俄木材贸易的12个主要影响因素进行关联度分析,研究结果表明:中国对俄林业投资、俄罗斯原木出口关税、经济规模、森林认证以及运输成本对中俄木材贸易的影响程度更大。因而,提出应进一步加强中俄林业经济合作,鼓励中国林业企业到俄罗斯境内投资,建议对俄贸易以人民币进行结算,建立中俄自由贸易区的构想等建议。The paper analyzes the degree of impact from twelve major factors affecting the timber trade between China and Russia on gray correlation, and find out the forestry investment from China to Russia, the Russian export tariffs on logs, economies of scale, forest certification, and transportation costs have great influence on Sino-Russia timber trade. Therefore, it puts forward some related suggestions, such as strengthening economic cooperation of forestry between China and Russia, encouraging Chinese forestry companies to invest in Russia, settlement in RMB with Russia companies, as well as the establishment of Sino-Russia FTZ and so on.
