摘　　要：随着我国的剖宫产率的逐年升高,给新生儿带来的潜在危害已成为医学界的突出问题。脐血中NK细胞在新生儿感染防御中起着重要的作用,本文就不同分娩方式对新生儿脐血NK细胞变化的影响,结合婴幼儿常见过敏性疾病进行综述,为临床合理选择分娩方式提供借鉴。With the rise of cesarean section in our country,potential harm to the newborn has become a prominent issue of the medical profession. Cord blood Natural killer cells play an important role in the defense of neonatal infection. To explore the effect of cord blood NK cells change by cesarean section on the newborns,combined with common allergic disease to provide basis for selecting reasonable route of delivery in clinic.
