摘  要:目的研究A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗眼周皱纹的临床效果。方法将我院58例患者抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者采取A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗,对照组仅行CO2点阵激光治疗,比较两组治疗后临床效果、患者满意度及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率86.21%,显著高于对照组的58.62%(P<0.05);观察组2例患者术后2只眼睛少量分泌物,1例1只眼轻微红肿,可自行缓解,对照组未见不良反应出现,观察组不良反应发生率10.34%,对照组为0.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.072,P>0.05)。结论 A型肉毒毒素联合CO2点阵激光治疗眼部皱纹、松弛效果显著,A型肉毒毒素可显著改善动态皱纹,辅以CO2点阵激光使疗效更为显著,联合应用具有可行性。【Objective】To study the clinical effect of botulinum toxin type A combine with CO2 laser therapy to cure wrinkles around the eyes. 【Methods】58 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group patients took the botulinum toxin type A combined with CO2 laser therapy, the control group was treated with CO2 laser therapy only, compared the clinical effect, the satisfaction and untoward effect of patients of the two groups after treatment. 【Results】 The total efficiency of the two groups was 86.21%, which was higher than 58.62% of the control group(P〈0.05); two cases of patients had little secretions with 2 eyes in observation group, one of them had one eye with slight redness and swelling which could relieve itself, no untoward effect in control group, but the rate of untoward effect was 10.34% in observation group, comparison between groups was statistically significant(χ2=2.072, P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】The effect is remarkable of botulinum toxin type A combine with CO2 laser therapy to cure eye wrinkles and relaxation, botulinum toxin type A can significantly improve the dynamic wrinkles and the curative effect is even more significant with the CO2 laser therapy, the combined application is feasible.
