陈旧性心肌梗死碎裂宽QRS与左室射血分数、脑钠肽前体的关系

摘　　要：目的观察陈旧性心肌梗死患者的碎裂宽QRS(f WQRS)与左室射血分数、脑钠肽前体的关系。方法选取陈旧性心肌梗死患者并fWQRS患者共31例,同时选取同期陈旧性心肌梗死无fQRS、无室内阻滞患者40例作为对照组,比较两组的QRS时限、左室射血分数、脑钠肽前体水平,并将QRS时限分别与左室射血分数、脑钠肽前体水平进行相关性分析。结果 f WQRS组与对照组相比,QRS时限延长,左室射血分数降低,脑钠肽前体水平增高(P<0.01),QRS时限与LVEF负相关(r=-0.64,P<0.01),与NT-proBNP正相关(r=0.90,P<0.01)。结论陈旧性心肌梗死合并fWQRS患者心功能下降。【Objective】To observe the relationship between fragmented wide QRS and Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions, pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in 0ld myocardial infarction.【Methods】31 Old myocardial infarction patients with fragmented wide QRS were chosen, and 40 Old myocardial infarction patients with no fragmented QRS or intraventricular block as control group. The duration of QRS, Left Ventricular Ejection Fractions and pro-B-type natriuretic peptide were compared between two groups. And correlation analysis between QRS duration and LVEF, NT-pro BNP were performed in all patients.【Results】Compared with vfragmented wide QRS group and control group, the duration of QRS was prolonged, LVEF was decreased, and the level of NT-pro BNP was increased（P〈0.01）, QRS duration was negatively correlated with LVE（r=-0.64, P〈0.01）F and positively with NT-pro BNP（r=0.90, P〈0.01）. 【Conclusion】The function of heart in Old myocardial infarction patients with fragmented wide QRS were decreased.
