摘 要:针对牧草、农作物秸秆在商品化和资源化利用过程中存在收集困难的问题,以及我国大部分地区土地分散经营、耕种地块面积小,不适宜牵引式打捆机作业的现状,研究开发了自走式饲草收割打捆机。介绍了设备的总体结构和工作原理,分析了机体底盘、行走系统、切割装置和压缩机构等主要工作部件的功能和结构,确定了主要部件结构及设计参数。Aiming at the difficulties of forage and straw collection in process of commercialization and resource utilization,and current situation that land decentralized management,cultivated land area was small and not suitable for traction type bundling machine operation,self-propelled forage harvest bundling machine was designed. Overall structure and working principle of this machine were introduced. Function and structure of main working parts such as airframe chassis,walking system,cutting device and compression mechanism etc. were analyzed. Structure and design parameters of main component were determined.
