摘 要:针对现有侧喂入方捆机的喂入机构在对玉米秸秆、高粱秆等长而坚韧的作物秸秆和苜蓿、稻草等短而柔软且缠性较大的作物秸秆输送喂入时,输送喂入不通畅,喂入机构容易产生堵塞的问题,设计了三叉式输送喂入机构。采用Solidwork软件进行实体建模、虚拟装配和检查叉体之间的干涉情况,利用ADAMS虚拟仿真技术对三叉式输送喂入机构进行运动模拟和分析,得到该机构各叉体端点的运动轨迹和速度、加速度运动规律,验证了理论数据的近似准确性,克服了传统设计存在的设计周期长和设计效率低的问题,为三叉式输送喂入机构的设计提供理论依据和可行的方法。According to the problems that conveyor feed was not smooth and blocking when feeding long and tough straw such as corn straw and sorghum straw,short,soft and large wrapping straw such as alfalfa and haulm straw using feeding mechanism of side feeding bundling machine,trigeminal conveying feeding mechanism was designed. Solid modeling,assemble virtually and check interference of fork were achieved by using Solidworks software. And motion simulation and analysis of trigeminal conveying feeding mechanism were completed by using ADAMS virtual simulation technology. Motion loci and speed and acceleration of feeding fork top were obtained to verify the accuracy of the theory of approximate data. Problems of long design cycle and low efficiency existing in traditional design were overcome. It provided theoretical basis and practical methods for design of trigeminal conveying feed mechanism.
