摘　　要：本文在界定区域物流能力、明确物流硬件支撑能力、经济发展水平、软件保障能力、物流运营能力为要素的三层量化指标体系的基础上,采用模糊物元模型,汇总、整理了2008-2013年各项相关数据,对华东六省一市的物流能力进行了衡量。结果表明,近年来华东六省一市区域物流能力正在迅速提升,且华东各省市物流能力差别较小,整体协调性较好,可对中部和西部省市物流能力起到辐射和拉动作用。Based on the definition of regional logistics capability, and clear definition the three-layer quanti- tative index system of logistics hardware support ability, the level of economic development, software support ca- pability, logistics operation capability; The paper using fuzzy matter-element model, collects and sorts out the various relevant data from 2008 to 2013, and measures the logistics capability of the six provinces and one city in east China. The Results show that the regional logistics capability of east China of six provinces and one city is rapidly improving in recent years, and the difference of logistics capability among six provinces and one city in east china is small, the overall coordination is good, so that will play a radiation and stimulating role to the cen- tral and western provinces and cities in logistics capability.
