摘  要:封隔器是油田开采过程中重要的工具,其坐封质量的好坏直接影响到后续工艺措施的成败。本文分析了一种自验封封隔器的验封原理,根据胶筒压缩前后胶筒体积不变的原则设计了验封孔的距离,运用ABAQUS软件建立了自验封封隔器胶筒非线性大变形接触问题的力学分析模型,获得了两个胶筒的接触应力及最大MISES应力,得到了胶筒可以达到验封要求的结论,同时也得到了在坐封以后验封孔联通的结论,最后进行了室内试验和现场应用,并且均取得了成功,进一步证明了设计的合理性。Packer is an important tool in the process of oil exploitation,sitting seal quality directly affects the success or failure of subsequent process measures.This paper analyzes a kind of self-checking packer's sealing test principle,according to the principle of rubber cylinder volume before and after the compression rubber cylinder inspection hole sealing distance design,mechanical analysis model established a self-checking packer rubber cylinder nonlinear large deformation contact problems using the ABAQUS software,two glue tube of contact stress and the maximum MISES stress were obtained,obtained the glue tube can reach the sealing test requirements conclusions,simultaneously also verified sealing Unicom's conclusion in the sitting seal after.Finally,the laboratory test and field application,and has obtained the success,further proves the rationality of the design.
