摘　　要：参考PSIR模型,构建了低碳经济发展水平的评价指标体系,对2013年河南省18个省辖市的低碳经济发展水平进行定量研究.结果表明:河南省18个省辖市的低碳经济发展整体水平不高,绝大多数城市处于高碳发展阶段,只有郑州和洛阳处于中高碳发展阶段,没有处于低碳、中低碳、中碳发展阶段的城市;河南省低碳经济发展水平的空间差异呈现出明显的"川"字形特征,以郑州和洛阳为界,界线西北的城市低碳经济发展水平较低,界线东南的城市低碳经济发展水平相对较高;不同市域之间的低碳经济发展水平差异较大.In this paper,referencing PSIR model,we built the evaluation index system of low-carbon economydevelopment level,and quantitatively studied the low carbon economy development level of 18 cities in HenanProvince in the year of 2013. The results show that the integral level of low carbon economy development of 18 citiesin Henan Province is not high,the majority of cities are in high carbon development stage,only Zhengzhou and Luoyangare in medium to high carbon development stage,and there is no city in a low carbon,medium to low carbon,or mediumcarbon stage. The spatial difference of low carbon economy development in Henan Province shows the characteristicsof obvious＂Chuan style＂. With Zhengzhou and Luoyang as border,the low carbon economic development level ofnorth west cities is low,while the southeast cities relatively high and the difference between these two areas is large.
