摘 要:针对某压力传感器零件加工精度及产能达不到要求的问题,对原加工工艺进行了分析,找出加工效率低及误差产生的主要原因,提出夹具形式及加工方式的优化措施。实践证明:新的加工工艺使零件加工效率提高了67%,避免了少切现象,使工件合格率达到100%,在同类零件加工中具有一定的实践指导意义。The accuracy and capacity planning issues of a pressure sensor parts were not up to the requirements in the machining process. Through analyzing the original processing, the main sources to low productivity and error were found, and the optimizations to the fixture and processing method were put forward. It is proved that the new processing technology is feasible, and the machining efficiency is improved by 67%, less cutting phenomenon is avoided, the qualification rate is up to 100%. It has some practical significance in similar parts machining.
