摘 要:工程周边地质条件复杂,且基坑邻近无桩基的居民住宅楼,西侧、南侧又有重要的市政管线,为使深基坑施工对周边环境影响降至最小,做到经济合理,缩短工期,基坑采用了SMW工法+1道内混凝土支撑的围护体系,并采取合理分块、分层开挖措施,以减少土体应力的集中释放。通过采取一系列措施,减少了基坑围护施工及土方开挖对周边住宅、道路、公共管线的影响,取得了较好的社会和经济效益。The geological condition of the project is complicated, and the nearby residential building hasn't any pile foundation. Besides, on the west and south side, there are important municipal pipelines. In order to minimize the environmental impact on the surrounding environment, to rationalize the economy and to shorten the construction period, the SMW construction method with an internal concrete support system was applied to the project, along with reasonable blocked and layered excavation to reduce concentrated releasing of soil stress. Through a series of measures, the impact of foundation pit support construction and earth excavation on surrounding residence, road and public pipeline has been reduced, which gained good social and economic benefits.
