摘 要:针对黄金矿山选矿生产信息管理中多系列分布式采集、非同步的数据采集周期以及技术指标计算与汇总关系复杂等一系列特征,基于J2EE的多层分布式平台,研究与开发了B/S架构下的选矿生产信息管理系统,构建并实现了包括生产数据填报、报表生成与查询、关键技术经济指标分析等在内的功能体系。系统在山东黄金三山岛金矿应用后,全面解决了选矿生产信息的分布式采集、集中处理、报表自动生成、生产效果分析等问题,同时保障了选矿生产数据的安全性和一致性,在全面实现生产管理精细化的同时,大幅提升了矿山生产的管理与决策效率。There exists a series of particularities during the management of mineral processing production information such as distributed multi-series collection,asynchronous data acquisition,and complex data processing.In response,a mineral management information system on B / S model for gold mine processing production is designed and realized based on the multi-tier distributed J2 EE platform. The software,with the function system of production data inputting,production reports generating and querying,as well as key technical and economic indictors analysis,has put into application in Sanshandao Gold Mine,Shandong Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.. Such problems have been resolved comprehensivly during the application,including distributed collecting and centralized processing of mineral processing production information,automatically reports generating,production performance analyzing,and so on.Further more,the security and consistence of mineral processing production data can be guaranteed. The practical application shows that the system plays certain active roles in not only the realization of fine production management,but also the improvement of management and decision-making efficiency.
