摘 要:采用正交-响应曲面法对6061-T651铝合金进行纵-扭复合振动超声深滚加工和普通深滚加工对比试验,研究各工艺参数对表面粗糙度的影响。正交试验结果表明:在相同的工艺参数下,纵-扭复合振动超声深滚加工后工件的表面粗糙度值小于普通深滚加工;表面粗糙度值随着静压力、转速的增大先减后增,随着进给量的增大先增后减再增;进给量对表面粗糙度的影响最显著,静压力对表面粗糙度的影响最小。基于试验结果采用二次回归构建表面粗糙度数学模型,并采用响应曲面法分析工艺参数之间的交互作用,确定了最优工艺参数。Orthogonal experiments of ultrasonic deep rolling with longitudinal-torsional vibration(UDR-LTV)and conventional deep rolling(CDR)of 6061-T651 aluminum alloy were carried out. The experimental results were analyzed by orthogonal-response surface methodology to study the effects of processing parameters on surface roughness. The orthogonal experiments results show that the values of surface roughness obtained by UDR-LTV are smaller than that by CDR with the same processing parameters. The values of surface roughness obtained by UDR-LTV first decrease and then increase with the increase of static pressure and spindle speed,while the values of surface roughess increase at first,then decrease and then increase with the increase of feed-rate. Meanwhile,feed-rate has a marked effect on surface roughness,and static pressure has a little effect on surface roughness. The quadratic regression method was used to construct the mathematic model of surface roughness based on the experimental results.
