摘  要:采用实芯和药芯80%Ar+20%CO2气体保护焊对S620Q厚板桥梁钢进行焊接,研究不同焊接工艺对接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:实芯焊缝的主要组织为针状铁素体(AF)+粒状贝氏体(GB),粗晶区(CGHAZ)主要组织为板条贝氏体(LB)+板条马氏体(ML)+GB;药芯焊缝为GB+少量AF,CGHAZ为ML+GB;两种工艺条件下接头均具有较高的强度,都达到了母材强度的85%以上;采用药芯焊接焊缝的硬度高于实芯焊缝;实芯焊缝中具有较高的AF,冲击值高于药芯焊缝,两者的冲击值在熔合区相差最小,药芯CGHAZ中ML+GB混合组织具有较高的韧性,其CGHAZ冲击值高于实芯。The heavy plates of S620Q bridge steel were welded by the solid arc welding(GMAW)and flux-cored arc welding(FCAW)80%Ar+20%CO2 shielded welding technology,and the effects of different welding parameters on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were studied. The results show that granular bainite(GB)and acicular ferrite(AF)are created in GMAW weld,and lath martensite,bainite(LB,ML)and GB are found in coarse grained heat affected zone(CGHAZ),while GB and a small amount of AF are formed in FCAW weld,and ML and GB in GHAZ. The strength of both of the welded joint is high,85% of the strength of the base material is achieved under the condition of two different welding parameters. The hardness of flux-cored wire weld is higher than that of solid wire weld. The latter has high AF in the weld,with the impact value much higher than flux-cored arc welding,both of the impact value are almost same in the fusion zone,the CGHAZ microstructure of ML+GB has high toughness in FCAW,with the impact value much higher than GMAW.
