摘　　要：通过对苏南中小城市的粮食健康绿色程度调查构建科学合理的综合评价体系。运用层次分析法构建出符合苏南中小城市发展的粮食安全绿色健康综合评价体系,该体系能够很好的保证苏南地区粮食绿色健康程度,借助该体系指导生产出绿色健康的高质量的粮食,确保人们的生活质量,产生重要的社会、经济、生态效益。Through the comprehensive evaluation of SMEs in South of Jiangsu city food＇ s health survey to construct a scientific and reasonable system. By using the analytic hierarchy process to build up a comprehensive evaluation of green health food security system for the development of SMEs in South of Jiangsu city, the system can ensure the degree of food ＇s health in South of Jiangsu area. We can use the system to guide the production of high quality green health food, to ensure that the people＇s quality of life, social, economic, ecological benefit.
