摘  要:采用不同的方法对双孢菇菌糠菌糠进行堆沤处理,测定发酵过程中菌糠的温度和EC值,并将菌糠与草炭、珍珠岩、蛭石以不同体积比配成复合基质进行穴盘育苗试验,研究添加不同用量基质对花椰菜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,堆沤处理B不仅有利于堆肥温度快速上升,而且可以缩短堆肥时间;T1处理(菌糠∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶2∶1)育出的幼苗出苗率大于其它菌糠复合基质,其壮苗指数大于对照,育苗效果相比其他基质显著提高。This article took a different approach to heap retting processing of agaricus bisporus fungus chaff, the temperature and the EC value of fungus chaff in the fermentation process were determined. And complex substrate was composed of fungus chaff with peat, perlite, vermiculite in different volume ratio for hole tray seedling test, the effects of substrates with different amounts of rotten fungus chaff on cauliflower seedlings were researched. The results showed that treatment B was not only beneficial to the compost temperature rising fast, but also could shorten the eomposting time. T1 treatment (fungus ehaff:perlite:vermiculite = 1:2:1 ) showed the seedling emergence rate was greater than the other fungus chaff complex substrate, the strong seedling index was greater than comparison, seedling effect was significantly higher than other substrates.
