摘　　要：本文梳理分析了近代以来日本史学的主要流派及其观点,指出近代史学存在的诸多问题。重点分析了新自由史观的特点、社会契约论与社会有机体说的异同和缺陷、皇国史观的地位与意义,战后日本历史学的问题及重构等。指出了日本马克思主义史学的发展及其自身瓶颈、丸山真男对近代史学的批判、如何应对新自由主义史观等问题,表达了对日本史学危机的忧虑,进而对战后史学的重构提出了希望。This paper points out a variety of issues of modern historiography by examining the main schools of modern Japanese historiography and their major ideas with an emphasis on the characteristics of Neo-liberalism.the similarity and difference between Social Contract and Social Organism and their defects.the status and significance of the Imperial History.and issues in Japanese historiography after WWII and its reconstruction.The paper also manifests the development of Marxist historiography in Japan and its bottleneck.Maruyama Masao＇s critique of modern historiography.and ways to deal with Neo-liberalism in historiography.showing the author＇s concern of the crisis in Japanese historiography and his hope in the reconstruction of historiography after WWII.
