摘　　要：党校姓党,党性教育是党校的天职。目前,国内国际形势严峻,党性教育比以往任何时候都重要。但基层党校党性教育不同程度地存在着与现实要求不相适应的问题,亟需我们从教学改革入手,构建科学的课程体系,完善各项规章制度,不断增强党性教育的科学性、有效性。Party schools belong to the Communist Party of China,and the Party Spirit Education is their bounden duty.At present,the domestic and international situations are extremely serious,and Party spirit education is more important than ever.But the Party spirit education in grass-roots party school have various problems which cannot meet the practical requirements.We need to start from educational reform,construct scientific curriculum system and develop and consummate the rules and regulations so as to enhance the scientific and effectiveness of Party Spirit Education.
