摘　　要：情绪评价是可用性测试的重要方面。目前,可用性测试中的情绪评价主要基于PAD模型,该模型认为情绪由P(pleasure)、A(arousal)和D(domination)三个维度构成。根据此模型,可用性测试中的情绪评价方法可分为生理测量和心理测量,前者主要测量情绪的唤醒水平(A),如皮肤电、肌电、脑电、心率和呼吸等,而后者则测量情绪的效价及用户的掌控感(P和D),多采用自主设计问卷或已有的问卷。在实际应用中,以往对情绪的评价主要以心理测量为主。未来研究应重视生理测量的作用以及与心理测量的结合,并建立一致的评价指标和解释标准。此外,在可用性测试过程中,从业者需提高对情绪评价的重视以及寻找情绪评价在可用性测试过程的切入点,并进一步考虑将情绪评价的结果作为产品服务的组成部分。Emotion evaluation is testing. The emotion an important aspect of usability evaluation is mainly based on the PAD model, which hypothesizes that emotion consists of three dimensions, that is P （pleasure）, A （arousal） and D （domination）. According to this model, the methods of evaluating the emotion in usability testing can be divided into physiological measurement and psychological measurement. The former measures the arousal dimension of emotion （A）, using methods such as skin conductance, electromyography, electroencephalography, heart rate, and respiration. The latter measures the valence and dominant dimension of emotion （P and D）, usually applying existing or purposefully designed questionnaires Currently, psychological measurement is used much more frequently in practice than before, and investigators should pay more attentions to physiological measurement and the combination of it with psychological Lts afterwards. In future research, there is a need for setting some consistent criteria for both assessment and interpretation of the physiological data. Furthermore, the practitioners should attach importance to the emotion evaluation and work out where the emotion evaluation fits in the usability testing. It is suggested that the results of emotion evaluation should be considered as a part of the products and services.
