摘  要:鉴于内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司2013年的生产计划中有6项工程使用碳纤维复合芯导线,采用悬链线应力状态方程式对碳纤维复合芯导线杆塔塔头进行设计规划。分析比较后,确定碳纤维复合芯导线选用双分裂JLRX1/F1A-240/35型,与之配合的地线采用JLB20A-120型铝包钢绞线;导线、地线安全系数分别选定为3.0和3.5;双回路塔规划为鼓形塔,单回路塔采用酒杯形塔和猫头形塔2种,并确定了塔头的具体尺寸。采用该方法规划的黑河变—盛乐一站220 k V输电线路杆塔塔头目前运行良好。For six projects using ACCC for the production planning in 2013 in Inner Mongolia Power Co.,Ltd., adopts catenary stress state equation to design and plan tower head. After analysis and comparison, double split JLRX1/FIA-240/35 model of ACCC and JLB20A-120 model aluminum steel-covered strands to the ground wire are selected. The safety factor of wire is 3.0 with ground of 3.5. Double circuit tower is designed to drum tower, single loop tower is designed to cup type tower or cat head type tower. The specific dimensions of tower head are also determined. The tower head of the 220 kV transmission line which has put into operation by Inner Mongolia Power Co.,Ltd. from Heihe substation to Shengle No.1 substation with this approach to planning is currently running well.
