摘  要:对4种典型烟气余热利用系统的布置方式进行了简要的介绍,并以国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂2×660 MW超超临界直接空冷机组一级闭式循环锅炉烟气余热利用系统为例,对其经济性进行分析。分析结果表明,烟气余热利用装置投、退对机组供电煤耗及脱硫系统耗水量有明显影响:烟气余热利用装置可降低机组热耗,减少机组耗水量,2台机组每小时节水约60 t,节水率达到40%。烟气余热系统的投入,不仅节约了电厂的费用,而且降低了污染物排放量,经济效益和社会效益明显。并针对机组低温余热装置选型布置及改造提出建议。Make a brief introduction of four typical fluegas waste heat recycling systems. 'Fake the flue gas waste heat recycling unit of the one stage closed circulation boiler installed in 2×660 MW ultra supereritieal unit in Bulian Power Plant as an example, and make the economy analysis of it. The result showed that the waste heat utilization device had realistic economic significance oll energy saving and improving unit thermal economy, about 60 t per hour for 2 units of water saving, water saving rate of 40%. The waste heat recycling device could save a lot of fuel cost, and reduce pollutant emissions efficiently. The waste heat recovery device had obvious economic and social environment benefits. Simultaneously put forward suggestions for the selection of fluegas waste heat recycling systems in different situations.
