摘 要:目的探讨一种能有效缓解妇科腹腔镜术前患者焦虑的健康教育方法.方法将云南省第三人民医院妇科2014年1月至2014年6月拟行腹腔镜手术的患者168例,按连续编号的入院号随机按单双号分为2组,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,每组各84例.对照组采用常规健康教育方法进行术前健康教育,观察组在常规宣教基础上接受针对性个性化健康教育干预措施.对2组患者入院时、术前30 min均采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别评分,测定患者焦虑状况,比较2种不同健康教育方式对术前焦虑状况的影响.结果 2组患者入院时焦虑评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组手术前焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术前实施个性化健康教育,能有效缓解患者术前焦虑状况.Objective Explore a health education method, which can effectively alleviate pre-operative anxiety of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 168 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery in gynecology department from January 2014 to June 2014, were divided into two groups according to odd or even of admission numbers. The patients of odd numbers were served as the control group, while even numbers were selected as the observation group. Each group consisted of 84 cases. The control group accepted conventional pre-operative health education, while the observation group received individualized interventions on the basis of routine health education. The states of anxiety of patients in the two groups were measured with Zung self-rating anxiety scale at both admission time and 30 minutes before surgery, thus evaluating the influence of two different health education methods on the patients' pre-operative anxiety. Results The anxiety scores of two groups on admission were not significantly different (P 〉 0.05) . However, the pre-operative anxiety score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion For patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, individualized health education can effectively relieve pre-operative anxiety.
