摘  要:胜利海上油田主体馆陶组疏松砂岩油藏具有大斜度、长井段、厚夹层、多油层等特点,受油田注水开发滞后影响,目前地层压降2.5MPa,造成了钻完井过程侵入带较深,而配套的射孔弹无法有效穿过侵入带。针对馆陶组油藏特点,近两年自主改进实施了一趟管柱分层挤压充填+全井多步段塞循环充填高密实两步法防砂工艺,地层、炮眼、环空建立三道密实砾石充填层,改善近井筒地层渗透率,作业效果较好。The unconsolidated sandstone of guantao formation in main body of Shengli Offshore Field has the characteristics of large slope,long well section,thick interlayer and multiple reservoirs.Under the inflence of the development of oilfield water injection lagging behind,the pressure drop of the stratum became 2.5MPa,which led to a too deep invaded zone.As a consequence,supporting perforating bullet could not go through the invaded zone effectively.According to the characteristics of the oil deposit,a high-density two-step sand control technique has been improved and implemented in the past two years,which included tubular column layered squeezing and whole-well multistep slug cycle filling.And Three high-density gravel filling layers,stratum,blasthole and annulus,have been built up,which improved the permeability of the stratum near wellshaft and the operating effect.
