摘　　要：随着油田进入中高含水开发后期,井况恶化日益严重,四寸套井逐年增加。受四口寸套管内径制约,常规配套工艺技术受到限制。为满足四口寸套油井提液需要,研制了四口寸套专用Ф63mm抽油泵。该泵采用无节箍长泵筒、短柱塞设计,在保证泵径的情况下,通过无接节箍设计缩小泵筒两端的连接处的最大外径,活塞与脱接器连接后与泵筒整体组装。现场应用后取得良好效果。With the oilfield has entered the high water cut development period, the well condition deterioration, a four inch set of wells increased year by year. By four inch sleeve casing inside diameter control, conventional matching technology limited. In order to meet the four inch set well extract needs, developed a four inch set of special 63mm pump. No joint hoop long pump barrel and plunger pump adopts the design of short, in ensuring the pump diameter under the condition of no collar design through the largest diameter reduced connections at both ends of the pump cylinder, piston and connecting tripping device is connected with the pump barrel integral assembly. After application, achieved good results.
