摘　　要：基于嵌入式操作系统Windows XP Embedded，应用API函数和多线程技术完成了机载卫星通信地球站监控单元软件的设计。经机载卫星通信地球站初样、试样软件测试以及设计定型测评，该软件构架合理，工作正常，满足设计要求。Based on the operating system Windows XP Embedded, the monitoring unit software for air-borne satellite communication earth station is designed by using API functions and multi-threading technology. The test of prototype and sample software as well as design finalization evaluation which indicate that the design is reasonable and functional.
