摘  要:针对沙11井区块下部地层岩性复杂,确定使用聚胺润滑防塌钻井液,室内试验结果表明,其抑制性强,8 h岩心膨胀高度仅1.37 mm,岩屑回收率达92.6%,并具有良好的封堵性和润滑性。施工中采用合理密度支撑-强抑制-强封堵-辅助润滑措施,解决了吐谷鲁群组地层水敏性泥页岩垮塌、侏罗系煤层和硬脆性泥质岩垮塌的难题,顺利钻至目的层。In view of the complex lithology of the lower stratum at Sha 11 Well Block,a polyamine lubricating and anti-collapse drilling fluid was chosen and used. The results of laboratory experiment have shown that this lubricating and anti-collapse drilling fluid has good inhibition property with the swelling height of core of only 1. 37 mm in 8 h and the cutting recovery percent of 92. 6% and that it has good plugging property and lubricating property as well. The problems of water-sensitive shale collapse occurred frequently in the formation of Tugulu group and the collapse of Jurassic System coal seam and hard brittle shale have been solved and target formation has been reached successfully by using reasonable density proppant,strong inhibitor,strong blocking agent and auxiliary lubricant in the construction.
