摘  要:针对胜利稠油油藏条件,考察了几种碱对孤岛三区原油的乳化性能,其中Na OH乳化效果最好。通过界面张力评价结果,优选出质量分数为0.5%的Na OH;在150℃下,进行热-碱复合驱物理模拟实验,结果表明,复合驱采收率比单一热采采收率提高10%-12%。利用CMGSTARS数值模拟软件对采收率曲线进行模拟,结果表明,计算值和实验值具有一致性。In view of the conditions of the viscous crude oil reservoir in Shengli Oilfield,several kinds of alkali were tested for their property of emulsifying the crude oil produced in No. 3 Production Zone of Gudao Oilfield,and it was found that Na OH has best emulsification effect. Na OH of 0. 5%( mass fraction) was singled out based on the results of interfacial tension evaluation. According to the results of the physical simulation test carried out at 150 ℃ with the thermal-alkali combination flooding system,compared to the case in which a single thermal recovery system is used,the oil recovery percent can be increased by 10% to12% when this thermal-alkali combination flooding system is used. CMG-STARS numerical simulation software was used to simulate the recovery percent curves,and the simulation results have shown that the calculated values are consistent with the experimental values.
