摘　　要：分析影响离子膜使用寿命的几个主要因素:进槽盐水品质差,电解槽大垫片安装位置不合适,电解槽频繁开停车,阴极网面有毛刺,电解槽组件寿命降低等。提出在改善以上几方面的同时,应按平均每年的生产成本最小,来确定最经济换膜周期。Key influencing factors of service life of ion-exchange membrane were analyzed, including poor quality of brine fed to cells, inappropriate installation position＇ of big gaskets on cells, frequent startup and shutdown of cells, tiny burrs on surface of cathode net, reduced service life of electrolyzer components, etc. The above mentioned factors should be improved, and the most economic membrane replacement period should be determined to reach the average minimum production cost annually.
