摘  要:目的:探讨APN连续排班在产房中的实施,观察其成效以及质量.方法:产房改变传统的排班模式,实行APN连续排班以二人小组形式分组,新老搭配.结果:产房实行APN连续排班后,部分护理工作流程明显变化,医生满意度提高,助产士心理压力降低技术安全提高.结论:APN排班模式能提高产科质量、减轻助产士压力,提升了护理管理质量,充分调动助产士的积极性.Objective:To explore the implementation of APN continuous scheduling in the delivery room, observe its effectiveness and quality. Delivery room, change the traditional scheduling.Methods:The implementation of APN consecutive shifts to two person team grouped, mix of old and new.Results:The delivery room the APN continuous scheduling, part of the nursing process change, doctors satisfaction, psychological pressure to reduce security improve midwife.Conclusion:APN scheduling mode, can improve the quality of obstetric midwifery, reduce pressure; enhance the nursing management, fuly mobilize the enthusiasm of midwives.
