高中心理健康教育工作有效开展的策略探析

摘　　要：学生心理健康教育是素质教育的重要内容,在高中实施素质教育必须重视学生心理素质的培养。随着社会经济的发展,生活环境日益复杂,高中生的心理问题也越来越多。因此,心理健康教育工作在中学也逐渐受到关注。研究者针对当前高中心理健康教育工作的实际情况,提出六种开展高中心理健康教育工作的管理策略和途径。The students＇ psychological health education plays an important role in quality education. So in the process of carrying out quality education, we should attach great importance to the cultivation of students＇ psychological quality in senior high school. With the development of the society, living environment is becoming more and more complicated. As a result, more and more high school students are suffering from psychological problems. Thus, high schools should pay more attention to the high school students＇ psychological health education.The research is intended to investigate current situation of mental health education of senior high schools in Shihezi and tries to find out practical management measures to improve mental health education for these students. The researcher puts forward six effective ways of improving mental health education.
