摘  要:设计了一种橇装式气井井口气液两相混输计量装置,采用气液分离法计量液量和气量,实现了实时在线计量天然气和水产量,结合智能流量计,可以连续稳定地在气液两相混合流动中计量两相瞬时和累计流量,数据通过无线系统上传。该计量装置采用气液混输,避免了液体外排污染环境,节能环保,同时设计为车载模式,移动方便。通过室内与现场试验表明,该计量装置能连续稳定地在气液两相混合流动中同时计量各相流量,平均误差均小于±5%,满足现场对气井产水、产气量计量精度要求。The design of a skid mounted type gas-liquid two-phase wellhead multiphase me- tering device.The device adopted gas-liquid separation to measure fluid volume and gas vol- ume,realized the real-time online measurement of gas and water production,combined with the intelligent meter,could continuous steady measure instantaneous and cumulative two phase flow,finally the data is gained via wireless system.The metering device adopted the mixed gas and liquid,avoiding the liquid polluting the environment,energy conservation and environmental protection,design for vehicle model at the same time,making it move easily. Through indoor and field test showing that the metering device can continuously steadily in gas liquid two phase mixture flow measurement of each phase tlow at the same time, the av- erage error is less than ±5 %,could meet the scene on gas well water production, gas pro- duction measurement accuracy requirements.
