摘　　要：社会保障制度是社会主义市场经济体制的重要支柱。社会保障制度改革是经济社会发展的需要,也是构建社会主义和谐社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的内在要求。文章对在全国率先实行"五保合一"社会保障制度改革的湖北咸安区进行了调研,报告了其基本情况、背景、动因及成效。Social security system is the important pillar of the socialist market economy system.The social security system reform is the need of economic and social development,and is also the inherent requirement of building a harmonious socialist society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.This article investigates the situation of Xian＇an District where takes the lead to implement ＂five guarantees unifying＂ social security system reform and reports its basic situation,background,motivation and effectiveness.
