摘  要:目的:观察黄秋葵水提物对实验动物的抗疲劳效果。方法:制备黄秋葵全果水提物,测定提取物中功效成分含量,分别以4、8 g/kg体重/d灌胃21 d,通过小鼠跑台力竭实验和负重游泳力竭实验,结合疲劳相关的生化指标的测定,观察黄秋葵水提物的抗疲劳效果。结果:黄秋葵水提物中含多糖101.1 mg/g,总黄酮3.37 g/100 g,总氨基酸42.4 g/100 g,黄秋葵水提物可显著延长小鼠跑台力竭时间(P≤0.01),8 g/kg黄秋葵水提物还可显著延长负重游泳时间(P≤0.01),显著降低疲劳状态下血清尿素氮(BUN)和血清乳酸(LA)含量。结论:黄秋果具有良好的抗疲劳效果。Objective:Observe the anti-fatigue effect of the water extracts of okra(Abelmoschus esculentus) in mice.Method:Preparation of okra by water extract and measuring the functionality of the extract,and intragastric administration was given the mice with two dosages(4 g/kg,8 g/kg body weight per day) for 21 days.Exhaustive time of treadmill testand weight-loaded swimming test were respectively employed to evaluate the endurance capacity of mice combined with the different biochemical indicators,including blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood lactic acid(LA) and hepatic glycogen levels.Result:The content of polysaccharide,flavonoid and total amino acid in okra extract is 101.1 mg/g,3.37 g/100 g and 42.4 g/100 g.The exhaustive treadmill running time was increased significantly(P≤0.01) in okra extracts groups,the swimming time was increased significantly(P≤0.01) in 8 g/Kg okra extracts group,when compared with the model group.BUN and LA were significantly decreased(P ≤ 0.01 and P ≤ 0.001),while there was no significant difference of hepatic glycogen when compared with normal control group and model group.Conclusion:The study indicates that okra water extracts process an anti-fatigue effectby decreasing the levels of blood urea nitrogen and lactic acid.
