摘  要:通过C-Mn-Si低合金钢控轧控冷生产准25 mm HRB400钢筋,对钢筋的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织与强化机制进行了分析,提出了合理的C含量控制目标。结果表明:C-Mn-Si低合金钢控轧控冷生产的HRB400钢筋的金相组织为F+P,钢筋芯部和过渡层的晶粒度为9.0级和9.5级,比热轧钢筋分别提高了1.5~2.0级,力学性能符合GB/1499.2-2007 HRB400的要求。A low C-Mn-Si alloy of 25ram HRB400 TMCP steel was produced, The chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and strengthening mechanism of the steel were analyzed. The reasonable C content was proposed. The results show that the microstructure of the tested ribbed bar is F+P. The ferrite grain size in the center and transition of the tested ribbed bar is about 9.0 and 9.5 level, respectively, which is 1.5-2.0 level higher than that of hot rolled ribbed bar. The mechanical properties of the tested ribbed bar is qualified for GB/1499.2-2007 HRB400.
