摘 要:通过材料拉伸试验测定了1052CTP铝板基试样在室温状态及不同退火温度条件下的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率等力学性能,分析了试样力学性能与退火温度、保温时间之间的关系,并进行了试样耐软化性能测试。结果表明:1052CTP铝板基试样的力学性能具有各向异性,强度性能沿轧制(RD)方向为最优,塑性性能沿45°方向最优;再结晶开始温度约300℃,再结晶完成温度约380℃;建议烤版温度设置在290℃。By the experiment on the strength and ductility of materials, the mechanical properties including yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of 1052 CTP A1 plate base at different annealing temperature were measured, and the relation between the mechanical property and annealing temperature and holding time was analyzed. The resistance of softening performane of the sample was also tested. The results show that the mechanical property of 1052 CTP A1 plate possesses character of the anisotropic as following: it reveals the best strength property along RD direction and the best plastic property along 45℃; Recrystallization starts at the temperature of 300 ℃ and ends at 380 ℃. According to the above conclusion, it is suggested that the baking temperature should be set at 290 ℃.
