摘 要:针对某摩托车变速器副轴在生产过程中发现凸台部位存在内裂纹,采用金属流线检验、外观检查、断口宏微观观察、金相检验和硬度测试等方法对失效变速器副轴进行分析。在理化试验的基础上,运用微观断裂机理和数值模拟对变速器副轴的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,变速器副轴产生内裂纹的原因是由于球化退火加热不均匀,心部组织为片状珠光体,造成心部塑性、韧性差和强度不够,在下一步拉拔成形过程中由于拉应力的作用而出现拉裂纹缺陷,因此提出通过严格控制热处理工艺来避免内裂纹的解决措施。During the production process, counter shaft crack of motorcycle transmission has been found in the boss portion. The feature and failure cause of the counter shaft were analyzed by metal flown test, metallographic examination and hardness test. Based on the physics and chemistry experiments, the reason of the counter shaft's fracture was analyzed using micro-fracture mechanism and numerical simulation. The results show that the reason of counter shaft crack is spheroidizing uneven heating, the heart tissue is lamellar pearlite, which results that core part ductility, toughness and strength are weak. In the next drawing process, tensile stress crack defects appear in the counter shaft. It is proposed that the heat treatment process will be controlled strictly in order to avoid the cracks.
