摘  要:目的:研究甲基阿魏酸(Methyl ferulic acid,MFA)对鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)复制的抑制作用与保肝的作用。方法:将鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA阳性的广西麻鸭随机分成5组,分别为甲基阿魏酸200、100、50 mg/kg(MFAH、MFAM、MFAL)剂量组,模型组和拉米夫定(3TC)组。于用药前、用药后7天、14天、21天及停药后三天分别采血,检测血清中鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA的拷贝数、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量。实验结束时,取肝组织做病理学检查。结果:与模型组比较,甲基阿魏酸200、100、50 mg/kg剂量组用药21天后血清鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA拷贝数显著降低,分别为0.57±0.52、0.73±0.58、0.82±0.54。停药三天后,甲基阿魏酸各剂量组鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶仍在较低水平而拉米夫定则有明显回升现象;镜下观察各组肝脏组织切片,与模型组比较甲基阿魏酸200、100、50 mg/kg剂量组肝脏的病理改变有明显改善。结论:甲基阿魏酸有一定的抗乙肝病毒和保肝的作用。Objects: to study the effects of MFA on anti- DHBV and protecting the liver activity. Methods: GuangXi brown spotted ducks infected with the DI-IBV-DNA were randomly divided into five groups : model group, positive group, MFA-H, MFA-M, MFA-L group, blood was col- lected respectively to determine the content of DHBV-DNA ,ALT,AST in the serum before and at the 7 th, 14th , 2hh day during treatment, and at the 3th day after finishing the treatment. At the end of the experiment the histopathological changes of liver were examined. Results: compared with the model group, MFA treatment group serum DHBV DNA titer decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). And at the 3th day after withdrawal the DHBV DNA, ALT and AST level of MFA treatment group still kept on lower level and showed certain inhibiting effect on the DHBV but the positive group rebounded quickly. Under the light microscope the pathological changes in the MFA treatment group and the positive group had more provement than that in model group. Conclusion: MFA have anti-hepatitis B virus and hepatoprotee- tive effects.
