参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择80例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上联合参附注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、甲状腺激素水平。结果:观察组临床疗效有效率明显高于对照组(90.00%vs 75.00%);HR、SBP、DBP、E/A明显低于对照组,LVEF明显高于对照组;T3、T4、FT3、FT4等甲状腺水平明显高于对照组。结论:参附注射液能恢复慢性心力衰竭患者甲状腺激素水平,改善心功能,提高治疗效果。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods： Eighty cases of patients with chronic heart failure as the research object, randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group based on the combined with Shenfu injection treatment. Comparison of two clinical efficacy, cardiac function index, thyroid hormone levels. Results： The clinical curative effect of observation group was significant- ly higher than that of the control group （90% vs 75% ） （P 〈 0.05 ） ; HR, SBP, DBP, E/A was significantly lower than the control group, LVEF was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; T3, T4, FT3, FT4 and thyroid levels were significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shenfu injection can help restorethyroid hormone levels in patients with chronic heart failure, im- prove heart function, improve the therapeutic effect.
