益髓理血饮治疗小儿骨髓增生异常综合征33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾健脾疏肝中药益髓理血饮对小儿骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的临床疗效。方法:对33例骨髓增生异常综合征患儿的全部临床资料进行回顾性分析。给予益髓理血饮,水煎450ml,日一剂。治疗1个月为1个疗程,分别统计治疗后1个、3个、6个疗程的临床和实验室检查结果,治疗后6个疗程进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后患者外周血和骨髓造血情况改善,临床症状缓解。治疗后6个疗程,白细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白量均明显升高,均值分别为达4.8±1.4、3.2±0.7、105.9±22.4,和治疗前比较有显著差异性;血小板数略有升高和治疗前相比无统计学意义。治疗后6个疗程,完全缓解8例,部分缓解18例,稳定3例,失败4例,有效率达87.88%,且随访显示远程疗效显著。结论:益髓理血饮治疗骨髓增生异常综合征患儿疗效较好,远期疗效优越。Objective： To explore the treatment effects of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Yisui Lixue Yin on children with myelodys- plastic syndrome. Methods： the clinical data of 33 patients with MDS were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with the tradi- tional Chinese medicine compound Yisui Lixue Yin, decocting 450ml with water,every agent. 1 month was 1 course, the clinical and labora- tory findings were counted after treatment of 1,3,6 courses,and the effect was evaluated after treatment of 6 courses . Results： After treat- ment, the peripheral blood, the bone marrow hematopoiesis and the clinical symptom remission were improved. After 6 courses of treatment, the number of white hloed cell, red cell count, hemoglobin content were significantly increased, the mean respectively was 4.8 ＋- 1.4,3.2 ± 0. 7, 105.9 ± 22.4, and there was significant difference compared with pretherapy （P 〈 0.01 ） ;the platelet count was increased, the mean was 60.5 ± 53.3, and there was no significant difference compared with pretherapy （P 〉 0.05 ）. The effective rate reached 87.88% after 6 cour- ses of treatment, complete remission in 8 cases, partial remission in 18 cases, stable in 3 cases, failure in 4 cases, and the follow-up remote curative effects were remarkable. Conclusion： The treatment effects of the traditional Chinese medicine compound Yisui Lixue Yin on chil- dren with MDS are better, and long-term curative effects are superior, which is worth soreadinz in clinic.
