摘　　要：目的:通过标记技术对血清中心绞痛蛋白标志物进行筛查。方法:利用液相色谱质谱技术进行血清中蛋白酶解产物的分离测定,分别测定了健康组、疾病零点(0w)和两周(2w)、治疗零点和两周等五组临床血清样本,通过蛋白搜索比较、聚类分析及定量分析观察对蛋白表达谱的影响。结果:健康组,疾病0周,疾病2周的总蛋白数分别为605个,661个,656个,稳定的共有蛋白108个;健康组,给药0周,给药2周的总蛋白数分别为579个,621个,488个,稳定的共有蛋白210个。通过相对量的比较,与疾病本身相关的差异蛋白71个,治疗相关的差异蛋白为63个。结论:筛查比较结果显示,与冠心病心绞痛作用相关的主要是炎症、心肌缺血或心脏疾病标记物;血管蛋白;心衰与重塑相关蛋白等三个相关方面的蛋白,其蛋白上调的水平较高,而在银杏叶片治疗后,分布在作用为信号蛋白;生长与分化相关蛋白;细胞骨架蛋白;血管蛋白等方面的蛋白差异较为明显。Objective：To screen protein markers of angina pectoris in serum by labeled technology. Method： Liquid chromatography mass spec- trometry was performed to separate and detect the digestion products in three groups＇sample, which were healthy, disease （zero point, 0w; two weeks point, 2w）, and treatment （zero point, 0w; two weeks point, 2w）. The comparison results were achieved by database searching. Results： The total proteins in three groups, healthy, disease zero point （0w）, and two weeks point （2w）, were 605,661, and 656, respec- tively. The common stable proteins were 108. The total proteins in other three groups, healthy, drug treatment zero point （0w）, and two weeks point （2w）, were 579, 621, and 488, respectively. The common stable proteins were 210. With the comparison of relative amount, 71 proteins were related to disease while 63 to drug treatment. Conclusion： The comparison results shown that the mainly difference proteins related to coronary heart disease angina pectoris were from markers around inflammatory, myocardial ischemia, heart disease, blood, and heart failure. The relative amounts of those proteins had presented an uptrend during the process of disease. After gingko treatment, the pro- reins distributed on signal, growth and differentiation, cytoskeleton, and vascular were significantly varied in the period of therapy.
