摘 要:针对新造大型船舶无键螺旋桨液压安装过程中的油压控制问题,以某型集装箱船为研究对象,根据船级社规范对推入量和油压进行理论计算,并建立桨-轴无键联接的三维模型,运用ANSYS有限元法对推入量和油压进行仿真分析。通过理论值和仿真值的对比分析,结果表明,理论计算的推入量可以保证螺旋桨无键联接的可靠性;桨毂的等效应力大于桨轴的等效应力,接触边缘区域的应力存在奇异性。得到液压安装过程中的p-S(油压-推入量)曲线,提出一种无键螺旋桨液压安装方案,为无键螺旋桨液压安装控制系统的设计与研发提供理论依据。According to the control problem of oil pressure in process of hydraulic fitting for keyless propeller of newly built large ships, a certain type of container ship is used as research object. The theoretical calculation of push-up length and oil pressure is according to the classification society. A three-dimensional model of hub-shaft keyless fitting is established, and ANSYS finite element method is used to simulate the push-up length and oil pressure. By comparing the theoretical value with the simulation value, the results show that push-up length of theoretical calculation can guarantee the reliability of propeller keyless fitting. The equivalent stress of hub is larger than the equivalent stress of shaft with the stress singularity in the contact edge region. By obtaining the p-S(oil press-push-up length) curve of hydraulic fitting process, a kind of scheme of hydraulic fitting of keyless propeller is put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and development of control system of hydraulic fitting for keyless propeller.
