摘  要:为解决舰船长期远航期间人员淋浴卫生问题,选择基于电磁感应涡流加热原理,提出了一种新型快速、高效、节能和安全的即热式电磁热水器研制需求。通过对加热方式对比、发热元件高导磁材料选择、导热和保温结构优化,以及船舶电磁兼容环境适应性设计,研究攻克生活用大功率涡流加热元件的水电隔离和整体电磁防护等关键技术,试验验证和实际使用效果达到了预期要求。文章着重介绍了热水器电路和感应加热线圈设计思路,以及电磁兼容性防护方法。In order to solve the sanitation problem of submariner's shower bath for a long time during the navigation, based on the principle of electromagnetic induction eddy-current heating, the development requirement of a novel instant electromagnetic heater is proposed. It is proofed fast speed, high efficiency, energy saving and safety. Through the comparison of heating style, the selection of high magnetic-conductivity material for the heating element, the optimization of heat-transformation and thermal-insulation structure, and ship electromagnetic compatibility environment adaptability design, some key techniques such as the insulation of water electricity and overall electromagnetic protection are figured out for the living high-power heating components. Both of the experimental verification and the actual use effect meet the expected requirements. The paper mainly introduces the design of the heater's electro-circuit and the induction heating coil, as well as the method of electromagnetic compatibility protection.
