摘　　要：文章介绍了船舶电站成套系统集成项目的总体概况,分析了科研目标实现与科研项目过程管理的联系与内涵,提出过程管理方法对于大型项目管理的重要意义,描述了过程管理对于船舶电站成套系统集成项目在管理思路、制度支撑、体系建设、经费使用、组织实施等方面的应用情况,列举了船舶电站成套系统集成项目成果管理的具体成效和意义。最后,提出了完善大型科研项目管理的几点建议。The overview of ship power station complete sets of system integration project is introduced in the paper. It analyzed the relation and connotation of the research target realization and the process of scientific research project management. It proposes the great significance of the process management method in the large-scale project management. The paper describes the management process for the application of ship power station complete systems integration project management ideas, institutional support, system construction, funds, organization and implementation, etc. It lists the ship power station complete system integration project results for the management of specific effect and significance. Finally, some suggestions for improving the management of large scientific projects are proposed.
