摘 要:目的通过研究紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对致龋菌生长、产酸的影响,探讨紫地榆能否有效调节口腔菌群生态平衡。方法采用试管二倍稀释法研究紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种主要致龋菌生长和代谢的影响,先测定紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC);再测定低于MIC的4个浓度的紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种致龋菌产酸的影响。结果紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种致龋菌的生长、产酸均有一定的抑制作用。结论紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位可影响致龋菌生长代谢,可能是一种天然防龋药物,值得进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate the effect of n- butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes on growth,acid generation of Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus and to find out whether a preparation of Geranium strictipes can be of use for screening and as an effective agent to mediate the balance of oral microflora.Methods Streptococcus mutans,Actinomyces viscosus were chosen as the experimental bacteria.The effects of n- butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes on the growth and acid generation of the bacteria were assessed.The minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) and acid generation of the test strains were determined by tube double dilution method.Results It found that n- butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes can inhibit the growth and acid generation of these bacteria effectively.Conclusion N- butanol extraction part of Geranium strictipes may be an effective anti- caries agent,and further researches will be necessary to define its usefulness in this aspect.
