摘　　要：通过对中风后抑郁症的分析认识,提出针灸治疗中风后抑郁症应分期论治,即早期注重调神通络、醒脑开窍,以防其变;配合运用活血行气、祛痰除湿,以治其标;中晚期当维护正气,调理脏腑功能,以固其本。并在治疗中重视移精变气法的运用,为中风后抑郁症的针灸治疗提供了临床新思路。The article provides a new idea for clinic therapy based on the analysis of post- stroke depression,that the post-stroke depression should be treated by stages.It emphasizes on the methods of regulating mind,activating the meridians and collaterals,restoring consciousness in early stage,while promoting the circulation of qi and invigorating the blood,eliminating phlegm and dampness; strengthening the body and regulating the function of internal organs in later period.It also focuses on the concept of moving spirit and changing qi so as to prevent the development trends of post- stroke depression,eliminate pathological factors and strengthen the body.
