摘　　要：中医强调形神一体观,认为情志变化可使人体产生相应的变化,情志内伤会使气机失调,脏腑功能损伤而发病。失眠是一种身心疾病,其发生发展转归的变化易受情绪波动的影响。根据中医形神一体、神能御形相关理论可知失眠与情志关系密切。The theory of combination of physique and emotion,stressed in traditional Chinese medicine,explains that the variation of emotion can change human body and internal injuries caused by seven emotions may cause disease due to the disorder of qi activity the function imbalance of internal organs.Insomnia is one of psychosomatic diseases and the transformation of its origin,development and turnover is easily affected by labile mood.Based on the theory of combination of physique and the thought of shape influenced by mind,insomnia is thought to be closely relevant to emotion.
