摘 要:为研究不同的振动参数对铸造充型性能的影响,利用ProCAST对静止条件下铸型进行充型模拟。另外,基于EDEM-Fluent固液耦合模型,在两相流场条件下近似模拟多维振动充型过程金属液中固体颗粒的运动状态。各组振动参数的模拟方案借助正交试验方法,分析不同频率、振幅、自由度的多维振动对充型性能的影响。结果表明,振动自由度、频率对充型性能的影响较显著,振幅对充型性能的影响较弱。在多维振动条件下金属液充型比静止条件下充型效果好。To understand effects of different vibration parameters on casting filling behavior,the static casting filling process was simulated by using ProCAST software.Based on EDEM-Fluent solid-liquid coupling model,solid particles motion diagram during liquid metal filling process in two phase flow field under multi-dimensional vibration were visualized approximately.Through orthogonal testing to optimize various vibrating parameters,effects of different frequency,amplitude and free degree on filling behavior were described.The results show that the vibration freedom and frequency have obvious effects on casting filling,while the amplitude has weak effect.In addition,the filling effects of metal liquid under multi-dimensional vibration are superior to those under static conditions.
