摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定复方益节健片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Diamonsil C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,流动相：水-乙腈（70∶30）;流速：1m L·min-1;柱温：30℃,检测波长：270nm;进样量：10μL。结果淫羊藿苷的质量浓度在10~50μg·m L-1（r=0.9997,n=5）范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系。精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈3%;平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.32%（n=6）。结论该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于复方益节健片中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Icarii in Compound Yijiejian Tablets. METHODS The chromatographic separation was performed on Diamonsil Cla （4.6mm ×250mm,5μm） analytical column with mobile phase A-acetonitrile ,B-water at a flow rate of 1. 0mL · min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃ ;the detection wavelength was set at 270nm and the sample volume was 10μL RESULTS The linear range of icariin was 10 - 50μg（ r = 0. 9997, n = 5 ）. The average recovery rate was 99.28% （ RSD = 1.32%, n = 6 ） The RSD of precision, reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 3%. CONCLUSION This method is sim- ple, accurate and has a good repeatability,which can be used for the determination of Compound Yijiejian Tablets.
