摘 要:目的研究并优化大孔吸附树脂分离纯化闽产钩吻根中总生物碱。方法先以总生物碱含量为考察指标,从3种不同型号的树脂中筛选出分离纯化闽产钩吻根总生物碱的最佳树脂,再对最佳树脂吸附工艺参数进行全面优化。结果 AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对闽产钩吻根总生物碱的吸附与解析性能较好,确定最佳洗脱条件为90%乙醇洗脱,溶剂用量4BV。结论 AB-8型大孔吸附树脂可有效地分离纯化闽产钩吻根总生物碱。OBJECTIVE To optimize the separation and purification of total alkaloids from C-elsemium elegans Benth. Root of Fujian by maeroporous resin. METHODS Three types of maeroporous resins were used to separateand purify alkaloids. Contents of the total alkaloids were compared in order to find the optimum macroporous resin, and its technical process was comprehensive optimized. RESULTS AB-8 was seleeted for its excellent adsorption and desorption properties. The best elution solution technical process was 4BV of 90% ethanol. CONCLUSION The total alkaloids of Gelsemium elegans Benth. Root of Fujian can be effectively separated and purifieated by AB-8 macroporous resin.
